No Collection- No Fee!
There are no yearly contract fee and all fees are contingent upon collection.
Accounts may be submitted by mail, fax or telephone.
 
Commercial Collection Rate 25% of total balance
Consumer Collection Rate 30% of total balance
No Minimum Fees
All Collected in House
Merchandise Returns half the normal fee
 

If the account is referred to an attorney, the fee will be 35% of the balance, which includes both CRI’s and the attorney’s collection fee on any collection made.

If the attorney can not collect and recommends suit, the cost and suit fee requirements from the attorney will be sent to your firm to decide what course of action you wish us to pursue.
